Portofino

The territory of Portofino encloses a small area in a natural heritage of exceptional interest,
as well as testimonies of farmer and marine civilization, splendid examples of medieval religious ,
architecture clusters of houses surrounded by small gardens and tiny handkerchiefs of land with vines and olive trees.
The promontory is overlooking the clear watersof marine protected area between two gulfs of Tigullio
and Paradiso and is crossed by a dense network of paths.
Among forests of chestnut trees, oaks and hazels and dense Mediterranean scrub suddenly open glimpses of blue sea, solitary churches and mills.
